Seasonal Ingredients in July

There is plenty of fruit and vegetables either in the shops or waiting to be harvested from gardens and orchards as the summer is in full bloom. July is the best month for berries and cherries as well as apricots and peaches. Their season will end quickly so preserve some now when they are at their sweetest and have the best flavours. This way you are able to enjoy their summer taste during the colder months.

Bear in mind that this seasonal food table is more of an informative guide. Most of the food is grown in the UK but we included some imported fruit and veggies available from supermarkets too.
